NORTH PLATTE, NE, October 23, 2025 — Agri Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Gunderson to our team as an Agricultural Real Estate Salesperson and Farm & Ranch Manager.
Gunderson joins Agri Affiliates with extensive experience in agricultural real estate, farm and ranch management, and executive leadership across the ag industry. Based in Gretna, he will be affiliated with the North Platte office while providing farm and ranch real estate sales and management services statewide.
Matt brings more than 20 years of professional experience leading growth, strategy, and client service in agriculture and related sectors. Prior to joining Agri Affiliates, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Growth & Strategic Relations at a national landowner services company, where he directed enterprise-wide initiatives across 11 business lines and managed external relations with major agricultural and financial institutions nationwide.
Gunderson has managed and consulted on a variety of agricultural farmland and ranches ranging from 80 acres to thousands of acres. He is an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is licensed in the state of Nebraska. In addition to his professional roles, Matt owns and operates Gunderson Enterprises, Inc., a diversified agricultural and seedstock livestock business based in Mission Hill, South Dakota.
A graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in Animal Science and minors in Agricultural Business and Marketing, Matt’s deep roots in production agriculture and his leadership experience make him a valuable addition to the Agri Affiliates management team.
