As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on a meaningful milestone for Agri Affiliates, 40 years of serving Nebraska agriculture. While this year marked four decades in business, it also reinforced our commitment to applying that experience to the future of agricultural land ownership, management, and valuation.
Serving Nebraska Agriculture in 2025
In 2025, Agri Affiliates delivered comprehensive agricultural services, including farm and ranch management, agricultural and rural appraisal, and agricultural real estate brokerage, across Nebraska and the surrounding region. Our work supported landowners, producers, lenders, attorneys, estates, trusts, and investors, providing experienced guidance across the full lifecycle of agricultural land ownership.
Farm Management Focused on Long-Term Land Value
Our farm management services in 2025 centered on protecting long-term land value while adapting to changing market conditions. We worked closely with landowners to address rising input costs, fluctuating commodity prices, and variable weather, while maintaining strong tenant relationships and consistent lease administration. Stewardship, accountability, and clear communication remained the foundation of our management approach. At the conclusion of 2025, Agri Affiliates provides management services to over 140,000 acres across Nebraska, as well as into Kansas and Colorado. These acres include irrigated cropland, dryland farming operations, pasture, recreational land, and specialty agricultural properties.
Agricultural Appraisal Services
The Agri Affiliates appraisal team completed 266 agricultural and rural appraisals in 70 counties during 2025. These appraisals supported financing, estate and trust planning, litigation, tax reporting, and long-term financial planning. Our appraisers delivered independent, well-supported valuations in full compliance with USPAP standards and professional designation requirements.
Agricultural Real Estate Sales
In agricultural real estate sales, demand for quality farmland remained steady despite shifting interest rates and market dynamics. In 2025, we represented 69 transactions, marketing approximately 65,000 acres of agricultural and rural real estate, located across Nebraska, Kansas, and South Dakota. Each transaction benefited from disciplined pricing strategies, broad market exposure, and deep local market knowledge.
