With an average of over 50 appraisals conducted annually, ranging from small 3-acre parcels to expansive land holdings exceeding 1,000 acres, bringing extensive experience in valuing a wide variety of land types and uses, and specializing in advanced property valuations for use in litigation, estate and succession, financial structuring, and corporate/commercial planning.
Expertise includes complex appraisal scenarios involving multi-parcel properties, and transitional land, consistently delivering comprehensive, USPAP-compliant reports tailored to both public and private sector needs.
